    • Boundaries –Are your boundaries loose, letting too much in?  Are they rigid, keeping too much out? What are healthy boundaries?  Learn how to establish healthy boundaries in your relationships.


    • Assertiveness – We tend to find ourselves too passive or too aggressive with others, depending on the relationship and its dynamics. Learn how to assert yourself without being too passive and/or too aggressive.
    • Interdependence – We have a tendency to be overly dependent on others or overly independent from others in our relationships. Learn how to find that “sweet spot” that enables us to genuinely connect with one another respectfully.
